Return policy

At mckees.co.uk, returns are easy and you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons and without paying a penalty, within 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good from the delivery of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify us by using the email customerservice@mckees.it.

You will be contacted personally by our support (during working days with the hours 08:30-12:15 / 13:45-18:00). A courier will be booked at our expense who will pick up the goods.

If you withdraw from the purchase contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 15 business days from the day the returned goods are returned to our premises.

Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any costs as a consequence of such a refund.

Refunds may be suspended until the goods are received. You are responsible only for diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

In the case of purchases of a given package of products at a lower price than would normally be charged by purchasing them individually (e.g. 5x4, 3x2, etc.), the right of withdrawal may also be exercised by returning only some of the products purchased: in this case, the price will be recalculated by taking as a reference the price normally charged for the purchase of the individual product.
Ex: Purchase Product A : 10€ - B: 8€ - C: 6€ with promo 3x2, total order 24 € discounted to 18 € (the product with the lowest price is discounted). If product B is returned, the difference between what the customer paid 18 € and the price of retained products equal to 16 €(A 10 € and C 6 €) will be returned. Refund 18€ - 16€= 2 €
